JAY FRAZIER, ALC
BROKER ASSOCIATE, FIRST WEBER REALTORS
As a REALTOR Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), Jay addresses the unique challenges that occur in rural real estate. He has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers with their hunting land, farm, or country home transaction. This experience plus ongoing education keeps him well versed in zoning regulations, easement & survey issues, managed forest law, and rural property marketing. He’s a veteran of assisting with title issues, navigation, GPS mapping, and negotiation.
Jay left a 17-year career in the log and lumber industry to become a real estate agent in 2004. After a couple years of learning the ropes in general real estate, he shifted his focus to work exclusively with rural property buyers and sellers. This was a natural fit with his passion for outdoor sports.
In his spare time, Jay enjoys bow hunting and ice fishing. In the off season he welcomes a little one-on-one with his son on the basketball court and challenging his daughter to offbeat adventures. He and his wife Jill are partners in life as well as the world of real estate.
